Psychic and Spiritual Development on its own often leads to a lack of balance and the explorer is mocked due to their unrealism. Lasting progress within the psychic and spiritual must begin with the fundamentals – an understanding of self, life and others.

A foundation must be established before you reach for the stars.

We are all born with an innate knowing of at least one previous life. This is easily recognisable in children who are mostly devoid of neuroses, hang-ups and paranoia. They are guided by their own spiritual understanding and innate wisdom gained from their previous lives. This ‘inner knowing’ starts to be overwritten and lost from the age of 11 or 12 years and they pass into limbo, losing all security and certainty as they do. They become teenagers, causing confusion and chaos to all. This state continues through their teens and maybe their early twenties where after their new life really begins.

The number is Four - the number of Life.

Alongside this process runs the four stages of growth. The first stage is devoted to the use and control of physical functions. The second stage is the dawning of the emotions and the need for some control. The third stage brings mental growth and the ability to analyse and plan – the constructive use of the intellect. Not everyone reaches this stage. Then finally there is spiritual awareness when one becomes more aware of the Inner and the Outer Worlds, when material issues become less and less important and the need for fulfilment grows stronger. Few people reach this stage becuase it can only be fully embraced once the first three stages have been mastered. It all takes time and there are no shortcuts.

Four is everywhere. Life is Everywhere.
