Comment: your health is the most precious asset you have.
Lose your health and you lose everything. Your body needs as wide a variety of
fresh and unprocessed foods as possible - meat, fish, berries, vegetables,
minerals, pulses, oils, seeds, you name it, if it grows naturally on this
Planet then at one time or another our body will need it. High quality (organic, biodynamic) foods are good, but a variety is better. Cooked food is dead food. Afterwards, some light
exercise will burn away toxins and sleep will restore balance ready for a New Day.
Money matters – that’s just the way it is. You don’t need wealth by you
do need enough. Your own property, however big or small.
Action to take: Join the gym – but check you can afford the monthly
payments first. Start a savings scheme, buy a piggy bank. Think about starting your
own business. Grow your own food. Cook your own meals from scratch. Get on with
things. Follow things through.
